Today it has been announced that as part of ‘Real Time Search’ twitter ‘tweets’ will be available to be searched for using Bing or Google.

The deals will see messages, or tweets, show up in Bing and Google search results almost as soon as they show up on Twitter.

Microsoft has moved quickly to set up a stand-alone Twitter search page accessible via its Bing site.

Google said its Twitter search service would debut within the next few months.

However both Microsoft and Google are coming slightly late to real-time search. Already there are companies such as OneRiot, Crowdeye and Collecta that provide such feeds. In addition, firms such as FriendFeed offer real-time updates within groups of friends and colleagues.

What do you think of this? Do you think this is a good idea?

Leave your feedback below

Looking for a much easier way to manage your Tweets?

Perhaps you get allot of messages through Twitter and want an easy way to view them and to reply to them?

Well looking around on the Internet I found CoTweet, this website found at www.cotweet.com not only makes it allot easier to view your messages on Twitter it more or less looks even better than Twitter!

This service is FREE to use which is a massive bonus for all.

I signed up for this 2 days ago and I am already loving it, its simple to use and only takes a few minutes to fully setup.

This simply looks like a email account layout, with an INBOX which will track on twitter all messages sent to you i.e. @bigrossco hello!. This will then allow you to reply to these messages through Twitter and let you keep track of any messages you have replied to.

It also has a UPDATES section where you can view all your messages you have posted as well as messages posted by people who you are following!

Another benefit is it will allow you to add more than one Twitter Account, and not only that, it will allow you to ‘assign’ other people to use your Twitter Account and reply to Tweets and also Assign tweets to other assigned users to reply to! Which of course would be a great benefit for Companies who use twitter.

Another part of CoTweet I have found useful is a Scheduled option which will allow you to set Twitter Messages to post at a specific Date and Time!

Of Course there is many other 3rd Party Sites out for Twitter, but if I am to be honest this must be the best site I have found so far!

Do you use any other Twitter Sites that are similar to CoTweet, Do you use CoTweet and wish to tell people how good you think it is? Comment below, send an email to me at ross@rossmilne.net or of course you can ‘tweet’ me @bigrossco

Bye for now!

These days many companies are now taking advantage of free marketing on the Internet simply by using Twitter.

Right away you can find that these companies are advertising the fact that they can even be found on Twitter for offers etc as well as to get updates from the company

Here is just a few of the comapanys you can find on Twitter

http://twitter.com/ThomasCookUK

http://twitter.com/Ebuyerdotcom

It is no surprise with the amount of business’s that are now going onto Twitter just to advertise their products / services that Twitter are considering charging business’s for this, but this has still not yet been confirmed.

I use Twitter my self and Twitter even updates everytime I post an update on this site! http://twitter.com/bigrossco

What the future may hold for Twitter I am not sure of, but I like twitter the way it is just now and hope that they will not make far to many / big changes!
